Wajid Ali Shah was the last Nawab of Lucknow, India, who started living in Calcutta for the first time since Nawabi's departure. In the new city, the Nawab family resides in and out of Wazid Ali Shah. The food of the Nawabbari food of Audh (Lucknow) is not fame one more day. Different foods were born in this house of Henschel. He recently came to Dhaka at the invitation of Curry Ascent Restaurant in Gulshan, Dhaka. The nawabi cooked himself at the Awadhi Food Festival for seven days. Manjilat Fatima has learned to cook with his mother. When Manjilat was five or six years old, his grandmother died. So he does not remember the taste of grandma's cooking. Manjilat said, “These stories are not the end of the story. Ingredients: 3 grams of sugar powder (soaked and powdered for 2 hours, but not fine powder), 2 liters of milk (to boil), 1 gram of sugar (or to taste), half a teaspoon of green cardamom, rose water, 1 teaspoon, Raisins 1 tablespoon, chiranji (white seed of watermelon) or cashew nuts 3 tablespoons, some rose petals and foil to decorate.
Method: Boil the milk, add the powdered rice to the boiling milk. Keep moving constantly, so that the clumps do not tighten. Once the mixture is thickened and rice is boiled, add sugar. Keep stirring until the sugar is melted. Add chilli and raisins. Pour into a container and refrigerate. Arrange with foil, chirangi and rose petals. Serve as cold or hot as you like.

Ingredients: 1 kg of casserole, 25 grams of raw papabata, 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic, 2 tablespoons of kajubata, 3 tablespoons of pistachio, 2 tablespoons of grilled onion, 2 tablespoons of hot spices, cinnamon-cilantro-cardamom-pomegranate-cinnamon-cardamom Joystri-kebab sugar together with fine powder, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, 2-5 teaspoons of red chilli powder, roasted basil, kerajal 3-4 teaspoons and salt to taste.
Procedure: Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 3-4 hours. Then wash it with a small bowl of coal just in the middle of this marinated mixture. Cover with a little ghee and cover immediately. Leave for another 3-5 minutes. Heat the kebab in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Serve with green chutney.


Steamed vegetable kebabs

Ingredients: Mula 1 gram, basin 1 gram, cardamom 1, clove 1, cinnamon powder half teaspoon, kalijira 2 teaspoons, postadana 3 teaspoons, coconut cucumber 1 gram, curd 1 teaspoon, bread crumb, bread crumbs Onion Beresta 1 gm (onion powder), saffron 1 tbsp, oil to fry and salt to taste.

Method: Cut off the leaves and roots of the radish, peel with a fork spoon. Then boil in salt water for 20 minutes. Put it in the shack, the water will drop and it will be cold. Drain all dry spices in it and roast besan. Mix all the dry ingredients together. When the radish gets cold and the water comes out, crush it (not finely). Mix all the ingredients. Once the mixture is watery (this can happen if the amount of water is high in radish), add more bread crumbs. Make the kebab shape and fry in oil. Serve with coriander leaves, raw chilli and coconut.


Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients: half a liter of milk, 1 gram of yogurt, half tablespoon of cashew nuts, half tablespoon of postbatta, 2 teaspoons of flour, 5 milliliters of soybean oil (any transparent oil, however), 25 grams of cheese, 3 tablespoons of ginger-garlic, Onion 2 tablespoons, cinnamon 1, cardamom 1, cloves 1, hot spice powder, one and a half teaspoons, a few drops of sweet ointment and 3 tablespoons of caramel.

Method: Pour 3 tablespoons of oil into a pan. Have to shake with the whole heat. Give the onion. Stir quickly and add the ginger-garlic. Stir until white and transparent. Now stir quickly with the cheese and leave. Stir for a few minutes with another tablespoon of oil and flour in another container. Gradually add the whipped yogurt and all the milk (so that it does not become frozen). When the milk is slowly boiling, give the cashews and postbata. Cook for a while Then add sweet perfume, hot masala powder and kerala. Give salt to taste. Add the pre-cooked cheese to this mixture (or you can give the chicken or sour cream the same way). Adjust the density of the bowl. Keep it in the oven until the oil is boiling. Serve with oven bread, naan or handkerchief.


Dam Biryani Recipe

Ingredients: 1 ml of mustard oil, cinnamon-clove-cardamom, 3-5, onion medium-sized 2 (chopped), turmeric powder, one teaspoon of red chilli, half teaspoon of red chilli powder, a half teaspoonful of coriander powder, 2 teaspoons hot, - Spoon, 1 tablespoon of yogurt and salt to taste.

Method: Heat the mustard oil in a container. Add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. When the word starts to add, add the onion. Keep moving until soft and transparent. Then add 4 teaspoons garlic cloves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, hot spices and 5 tablespoons yogurt. Give salt to taste. Shake lightly. Add sour meat (roast for 12 minutes in a pressure cooker, soften the dough after the first whistle). If you want to cook the potatoes in the microwave oven while cooking the meat, then add it to the container. Boil the rice in salted water (three-quarters of boiled, radish, cardamom, cloves). After squeezing, leave one cup of stew. Pour the cooked meat in another container and adjust the bottom layer of the biryani then spread the rice over it. Spread rice starch, ground water and 2 tbsp pure ghee over it. After 8-20 minutes slow down and then come down.
